Better Together is a mentoring association dedicated to the hospitality industry. The aim is to sponsor high school students and apprentices from hotel training centers, schools and colleges, by professionals in the hotel and catering industry:

We are delighted to announce the first prize in this year's Better Together Trophy: a 5-day trip to Morocco for the winning team! ✨
Restaurant, sommellerie, bar, barista, housekeeping, reception, concierge, kitchen, patisserie and bakery.
Each student is put in touch with a ‘correspondent’ in the same profession, from a hotel school abroad.
The aim is to share know-how, skills and teaching methods.
The use of foreign languages and an international outlook are one of the association's objectives.
Eventually, we will be encouraging exchanges between countries to promote interculturality.
In each region and department, a representative coordinates the sponsorships.

Since mid-October 2021, our call for projects has been accepted for the Comité Interministériel du Mentorat, co-chaired by the Minister of National Education, Youth and Sports and the Minister of Labor, Employment and Insertion composed notably of the Ministry of National Education, Youth and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Insertion.

Announced by the President of the Republic on March 1, 2021 as part of the equal opportunity agenda and the "1 young person, 1 solution" plan,the "1 young person, 1 mentor" scheme
"1 jeune, 1 mentor" aims to increase the number of young people who benefit from the support of a mentor (student, practising professional, retired person, etc.), during their school career, in their choices of orientation or in the phase of professional integration.
The mentor makes his or her experience and network available for a few hours a month, with one ambition: to help the mentee improve skills or abilities that will enable him or her to feel more at ease or more autonomous in moving forward in life.
Better Together joins the Collectif Mentorat
The purpose of the Collectif Mentorat is to federate all public-interest organizations involved in mentoring. Its aim is to defend their expertise, know-how and professional interests, and to provide them with a strong, unified voice on mentoring issues when dealing with public authorities.
